ABB Inc. is seeking a Training & Capability Development Specialist for US ELSE Commercial Operations. You will build and execute a comprehensive learning strategy that supports business transformation, process adoption, and workforce development.

Partnering across the organization, you will create engaging learning experiences and programs that equip employees with the knowledge and skills to excel. This role strengthens capability, accelerates growth, and improves business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in learning & development.
• Strong facilitation, content development, stakeholder engagement, and project management.
• Proficiency with MS Office and professional training material/documentation.
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear learning experiences.
• Experience with LMS content maintenance and onboarding programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of training initiatives aligned with business transformation goals.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced programs.
• Create training materials, job aids, assessments, and SOPs.
• Partner with leaders to translate processes into effective learning solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation supporting employee success.
• Coordinate onboarding, upskilling, and role-based development programs.
• Manage training schedules and communications across the organization.
• Maintain LMS content and track participation and effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
