Beyond Blue is seeking a Manager, Learning and Development to oversee the design, development, and delivery of comprehensive learning programs in the United States. You will lead a team of Learning Administrators, Learning Developers, and Facilitators, guiding curricula and ensuring high quality learning experiences that align with strategic goals.

The role emphasizes data-driven evaluation, process optimization, and compliance with internal policies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in HR or a related area; equivalent combinations considered.
• Experience in designing and delivering learning programs and curricula.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and lead learning teams.
