Securian Financial Group is seeking a Learning Experience Instructional Designer to partner with L&D, HR, and business leaders to design scalable learning experiences that build knowledge, skills, and workforce readiness.

Role combines instructional design, facilitation, and learning experience design to support enterprise priorities, with a focus on consulting, collaboration, and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience translating complex content into engaging learning experiences.
• Experience consulting with stakeholders and facilitating sessions.
• Experience with Articulate 360 and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Learning Design & Development: Partner with L&D, HR, business leaders, and SMEs to translate needs into learning solutions.
• Consult with stakeholders to clarify outcomes and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Design and develop learner-centered learning journeys, programs, resources, and experiences.
• Apply learning and enablement approaches based on audience needs and business context.
• Translate complex information into engaging learning experiences.
• Lead design and development from analysis through implementation and evaluation.
