Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in corporate training, learning & development, instructional design or a related field.
• Confident communicator able to present, facilitate discussions and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver training that gives employees the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles.
• Develop engaging learning experiences, including materials, assessments and job aids.
• Lead training sessions and coach employees to apply new skills.
• Coordinate training programs, workshops and team learning events.
• Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Track participation and results to measure impact and improve programs.
