Job summary

Inland Empire Health Plan is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to act as a strategic consultant across business units, translating needs into impactful development experiences that sharpen leadership and elevate performance.

You will design, deliver, and measure learning solutions, partnering with senior leaders to close capability gaps and drive organizational change, while applying performance consulting to boost engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

Five+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Talent Management.
Experience partnering with senior leaders in complex organizations.
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to assess capability gaps and align learning strategies with enterprise goals.
Develop annual and multi-year learning plans for assigned business areas.
Design, deliver, and measure learning solutions using adult learning principles.
Facilitate leadership development and change management initiatives.
Utilize assessments and data to inform development strategies.
