Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead enterprise-wide learning, leadership, and talent development strategies. You will build scalable leadership programs, drive succession planning, and leverage learning technologies to grow leaders and organizational capability.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will design programs aligned with business priorities and partner with executives to close capability gaps, while managing budgets and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in Learning & Development or HR.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership programs.
• Experience designing leadership assessments and succession programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with goals.
• Create scalable leadership programs and development pathways.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify capability gaps and solutions.
• Lead talent review and succession planning processes.
• Administer and interpret leadership assessments for development.
• Leverage learning technologies to enable career growth and engagement.
• Drive analytics to measure program impact and ROI.
• Manage external vendors and learning program budgets.
