Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a Learning & Development Manager to design and execute enterprise-wide learning, leadership, and talent development strategies. You will build scalable programs, implement succession planning, and leverage learning tech to drive growth and organizational impact.

The role reports to the CHRO and focuses on building leadership capability across the organization, with emphasis on assessment, coaching, and targeted development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Learning & Development, Talent Management, OD, or HR experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership development initiatives.
• Proven experience designing leadership assessment frameworks and succession programs.
• Experience leveraging LMS platforms to design structured career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with goals and workforce needs.
• Design scalable leadership programs and competency models to strengthen talent across levels.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and bench strength assessments.
• Administer and interpret leadership assessments to guide development and readiness.
• Manage learning technology, content libraries, and adoption strategies.
