Job summary

Resource Innovations seeks a Learning & Development Manager to lead enterprise-wide leadership, talent development, and succession planning. You will design scalable programs, implement leadership assessments, and leverage learning technologies to grow the organization’s leadership pipeline.

Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will partner with executives and HR to build capability across all levels, drive engagement, and measure impact through analytics and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/OD/PSY/Business required.
• 8+ years progressive L&D, Talent Management or Org Dev experience.
• 5+ years leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with goals.
• Build scalable leadership programs and talent development pathways.
• Lead leadership assessment, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Leverage learning tech to drive adoption and career progression.
