Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or HR experience.
• Minimum of 5 years leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership development initiatives.
• Proven experience designing leadership assessment frameworks, talent reviews, and succession programs.
• Experience leveraging LinkedIn Learning or similar LMS to create structured career pathways.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with goals and workforce needs.
• Design scalable leadership programs and succession planning frameworks.
• Lead talent review processes and assess bench strength.
• Administer leadership assessments and provide insights for development.
• Manage learning technologies and career development pathways.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and measure learning impact.
• Oversee vendor management and program administration.
