Job summary

Resource Innovations is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead enterprise-wide leadership and talent development initiatives in a mission-driven energy transformation firm. You will design scalable programs, manage succession planning, assessments, and learning technologies, partnering with senior leaders to build organizational capability and impact across the company.

The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and emphasizes sustainability, inclusion, and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, psychology, business, education, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 8 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or Human Resources experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading enterprise-wide learning and leadership initiatives.
• Proven experience designing and implementing leadership assessment frameworks, talent review processes, and succession planning programs.
• Experience using LinkedIn Learning or LMS to create structured career pathways and personalized learning recommendations.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
• Interest in sustainability and passionate about making an impact on the environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
• Create scalable learning solutions for leadership effectiveness and organizational growth.
• Establish learning frameworks, competency models, and development pathways across all levels.
• Partner with senior leaders and HR to identify capability gaps and implement targeted solutions.
• Design and improve leadership development programs for emerging leaders and executives.
• Lead enterprise talent review processes and succession planning framework.
