Job summary

Intuitive Machines is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in Houston, TX to lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategy and deliver high-quality hiring across functions.

You will partner with business leaders to design sourcing strategies, manage the TA team, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while driving recruiting efficiency and continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition or HR experience.
• 2+ years leading or supervising recruiting professionals.
• Experience across full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions and levels.
• Experience building or transforming talent management or development programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with priorities and workforce plans.
• Partner with HR and leadership to translate needs into actionable recruiting plans.
• Provide leadership and coaching to recruiters and TA team members.
• Establish performance standards and service levels for TA.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting and critical leadership searches as needed.
• Build pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
• Monitor and improve TA metrics and hiring outcomes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and strong employer brand.
