• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement organizational and talent development strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and improve leadership development, management training, and career-pathing programs.
• Lead succession planning and talent reviews to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Partner with leaders to assess capability gaps and develop solutions.
• Oversee performance management processes and ensure high-quality feedback.
• Build scalable learning systems for a dispersed workforce.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
