• Experience managing TD programs across multiple priorities and timelines.
• Global experience with sensitivity to regional needs and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and facilitate management and organizational development programs in the US.
• Define and manage program complexity with multiple stakeholders including executives and HR partners.
• Design innovative learning solutions that change behavior and improve performance at scale.
• Deliver interventions using expert facilitation skills across the organization.
• Apply psychometrics (Lumina, Hogan, LVI, 360s) to derive insights for development.
• Contribute to Talent Management best practices across the organization.
