Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to steer the enterprise LMS strategy and the broader learning technology portfolio. You will govern, optimize, and modernize the learning ecosystem, aligning strategy with learner needs and business goals.

You will lead or support major transformations, including LMS evaluations, implementations, migrations, and integrations, working with stakeholders and partners to deliver scalable, accessible learning experiences.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years in learning technology, LXP, HR tech, or related fields.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading an LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise tech platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex tech initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
