Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the strategy and governance of the LMS and learning technology portfolio. The role drives modernization and optimization across learning systems while balancing enterprise needs with learner value.

The candidate will oversee vendor decisions, platform evaluations, and cross-functional programs, partnering with Learning, Technology, and Procurement to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years of experience in learning technology, learning experience, HR tech, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the enterprise learning experience and technology portfolio, including LMS governance and optimization.
• Lead strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS and learning tech ecosystem.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies (AI, automation, personalization, analytics) to improve learner experience.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technology solutions and drive modernization.
