Qualifications

• 6+ years in learning technology or related field
• 2+ years of management experience
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementation, migration or platform transformation
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable platforms
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems
• Experience leading complex tech initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of the LMS and learning tech portfolio
• Drive standards for simple, accessible, scalable learning experiences
• Evaluate platforms based on learner needs, integration, cost, and strategic fit
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into tech solutions
• Balance current operations with modernization of the learning ecosystem
