Job summary

Jobgether seeks a seasoned Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to own and lead enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, and financial consolidation. The role blends strategic influence with hands-on modeling and process design, offering remote flexibility for eligible U.S.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• Experience leading annual operating plans (AOP) and long-range planning (LRP).
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with consolidation and reporting processes.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and standardized reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP to executive deliverables.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation framework and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models, challenge forecasts, translate insights.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and strategic priorities.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals and drive accountability.
• Mentor and guide one direct report while contributing to day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic function with disciplined processes.
