S&ME is seeking a Practice Leader for Electrical Transmission & Distribution to drive growth and shape our presence in a high-demand market. The role focuses on building client partnerships, expanding market reach, and leading multidisciplinary teams across services including environmental, civil, geotechnical, and testing.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in project or market leadership within electrical transmission & distribution, a strong network in Power & Utilities, and PE/PMP

Qualifications

• Proven success driving revenue growth within Electrical Transmission & Distribution or similar markets.
• Strong network and client relationships in the Power & Utilities sector.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project/program or market leadership roles.
• Track record of winning and delivering opportunities for multiple clients in the electrical transmission & distribution market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the Electrical Transmission & Distribution market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets across core services (environmental, civil, geotechnical, testing, inspections).
• Establish and grow key client relationships at local and national levels; expand existing client relationships.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and client satisfaction goals; stay ahead of market trends and technologies.
