Job summary

AXA XL is seeking a senior leader to head Americas Claims Analytics, shaping strategy, governance, and performance enhancements across the region. You will guide cross-functional teams, align with senior leadership, and drive data-driven improvements in claims outcomes and profitability.

You will partner with global teams to define the analytics roadmap, manage data governance, and deliver scalable solutions that support underwriting, pricing, and client outcomes across BU Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; insurance certifications such as AIC, CPCU, ARM, or similar are a plus.
• Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional analytics, claims performance, or transformation programs within P&C insurance.
• Deep data governance and analytics capability, with experience defining data elements and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development, implementation, and success of the Americas Claims Analytics strategy with measurable improvements.
• Lead complex analytics, performance and transformation initiatives across the function.
• Build and develop a high-performing Claims Analytics capability with governance and standards.
• Identify emerging risks, opportunities, and priorities from data, market intel and performance metrics.
• Own the regional claims performance management framework and data governance agenda.
