Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; insurance certifications such as AIC, CPCU, ARM, or similar are a plus.
• Extensive experience leading complex, cross-functional analytics, claims performance, or transformation programs in the P&C insurance industry, ideally regional or international.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of the Americas Claims Analytics strategy with measurable improvements in performance and growth.
• Lead cross-functional analytics and transformation initiatives, aligning leaders around priorities and accountable investments.
• Build and mature a high-performing Claims Analytics capability with governance, standards, and a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and priorities using performance data, market intelligence, and external benchmarks to influence underwriting, pricing, and portfolio strategy.
