Job summary

AXA XL in the United States seeks a senior leader to head Claims Analytics for the Americas. The role drives regional analytics strategy, governance, and cross‑functional performance initiatives, reporting to the Chief Claims Officer, Americas.

You will shape the data and analytics capability, partner with global teams, and deliver measurable improvements in claims outcomes and profitability. The position requires deep expertise in claims analytics, leadership, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; insurance certifications such as AIC, CPCU, ARM, or similar are a plus.
• Extensive experience leading complex, cross‑functional analytics, claims performance, or transformation programs within P&C insurance, ideally regional or international.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development, implementation, and success of the Americas Claims Analytics strategy with measurable improvements in claims performance and growth.
• Lead cross‑functional analytics, performance, and transformation initiatives aligning leaders, delivery partners, and outcomes.
• Build and develop a high‑performing Claims Analytics capability with governance routines, data standards, and an inclusive culture of innovation.
