Qualifications
- Experience leading analytics, BI, data or AI teams.
- Experience partnering with Claims, Insurance Operations, Actuarial or Reserving functions in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into practical analytics and AI solutions.
- Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through analytics, data products or AI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Data & Analytics partner for Claims leadership.
- Translate business needs into a prioritised portfolio of insights, analytics and AI initiatives.
- Own the delivery of Claims-focused reporting, dashboards, analytics solutions and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Drive evolution of Claims MI from operational reporting to predictive and prescriptive insights.
- Promote self-service analytics and scalable data products for trusted information access.
