Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Manager, Business Systems & Continuous Improvement to lead the development and optimization of business systems and processes. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, guide cloud migrations, and shape data governance and analytics to enable strategic decision‑making.

In this role, you will oversee forecasting models, dashboards, and BI solutions while collaborating with stakeholders across the enterprise. Strong leadership and Azure expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a senior business systems/continuous improvement role with ERP implementation.
• Experience with ERP implementation, database architecture, Microsoft Azure, Big Data, and data visualization.
• Proficient with PowerBI dashboards, Synapse, margin analysis, and analytics management.
• Familiar with Azure Data Lake, Azure DevOps, data warehousing, and cloud migration.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, executive reporting, financial analytics, and forecasting models.
• Experience with enterprise reporting, BI, digital transportation, and DataOps.
• Proven leadership and experience managing a team delivering exceptional results.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, Oracle Cloud, SQL, Power BI, and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems and processes to support business objectives.
• Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee the migration of our systems to the cloud, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Develop and implement data governance strategies, ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Lead the development and implementation of forecasting models and financial analytics to support strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee the creation of PowerBI dashboards and other data visualization tools to facilitate data‑driven decision‑making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet these needs.
• Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success.
• Provide regular executive reporting, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of progress and outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments to ensure our business remains competitive.
