Jobot is seeking a hands‑on technology leader to shape enterprise data architecture, application development, and systems integration. This high‑visibility, player‑coach role combines architecture ownership with technical execution and mentorship of a distributed team.

The role offers hybrid flexibility, executive visibility, and exposure to modern cloud technologies while guiding a team of developers focused on integration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the organization’s enterprise data architecture strategy.
• Define a data architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives and integration requirements.
• Design enterprise data models, data flows, storage solutions, and platform architecture.
• Establish standards for data modeling, storage, accessibility, and lifecycle management.
• Lead scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes and oversee real-time integrations.
• Establish governance covering quality, lineage, security, compliance, and access controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to support reporting, analytics, and operational data needs.
• Define and lead API, workflow automation, and systems connectivity strategies.
