Jobot is seeking an experienced technology leader to shape its enterprise data architecture and integration strategy in a high‑visibility, hands‑on role. You will own architecture roadmaps, design data models, and oversee scalable pipelines while mentoring a distributed development team.

The position offers hybrid work flexibility, executive visibility, and exposure to modern cloud data platforms, APIs, and automation.

• Experience shaping data architecture strategy and partnering with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance enterprise data architecture strategy.
• Define a data architecture roadmap aligned with objectives and integration needs.
• Design enterprise data models, data flows, storage, and platform architecture.
• Establish standards for data modeling, storage, accessibility, and lifecycle management.
• Design and oversee scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Guide batch and real-time data integrations and governance practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support reporting, analytics, and operations.
• Lead API, workflow automation, and systems connectivity strategies.
• Mentor a distributed team of developers and promote SDLC excellence.
• Balance architecture leadership with hands-on engineering and code review.
