Job summary

SPS is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Analytics to lead enterprise BI strategy, architecture, and delivery. You will define the BI roadmap and guide a team of data engineers and analysts to build scalable analytics solutions using Power BI, Azure, and Fabric.

You will partner with Finance, HR, and business leaders to translate reporting needs into actionable insights, manage multiple global projects, and ensure governance and security standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 15+ years in BI, Analytics, Data Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years leading technical teams and enterprise BI projects.
• Expert knowledge of Power BI, Fabric, Azure Data Platform, and Data Warehousing.
• Experience delivering BI solutions for Finance and HR.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, and execution of enterprise BI initiatives.
• Define and manage the BI roadmap aligned with goals.
• Mentor and develop a team of BI professionals, data engineers, and analysts.
• Design and deliver analytics solutions using Power BI, Fabric, Azure, and data platforms.
• Present status, risks, and updates to executive leadership.
