Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on technology leader to shape enterprise data, application development, and systems integration. This role combines architecture ownership with technical execution and mentorship of a distributed team, offering hybrid flexibility and executive visibility.

You will own the data architecture strategy, design scalable pipelines, govern data quality, and guide API and integration initiatives while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the organization’s enterprise data architecture strategy.
• Define a data architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives and integration requirements.
• Design enterprise data models, data flows, storage solutions, and platform architecture.
• Establish standards for data modeling, storage, accessibility, and lifecycle management.
• Design and oversee scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
• Guide batch and real-time data integrations and API/automation strategies.
• Establish data governance covering quality, lineage, security, and access controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to support reporting, analytics, and operational needs.
• Lead API, workflow automation, and systems connectivity strategies.
• Mentor a distributed development team focused on integration and automation.
• Foster a high-performing engineering culture and serve as escalation point.
