Job summary

Modular Power Solutions, LLC is seeking a Lead, Business Systems to bridge business needs with technology across functions. You will gather requirements, design architectures, and guide implementation of new systems to improve efficiency.

You'll lead a team, align labor and materials forecasting with production, develop dashboards in Power BI, and apply analytics to drive decisions. The role demands strong communication and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field; data-driven mindset.
• 7–10+ years of experience in business systems, analytics, data science, or related roles.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program support leading workstreams.
• Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle) and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on the technology needs of internal stakeholders.
• Validate labor and material forecasting with production scheduling across departments.
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Translate requirements into technical specs and system architecture.
• Lead implementation, configuration, data migration and user training.
• Develop and execute test plans; document defects and ensure quality.
