The role oversees market analysis, roadmap execution, and cross-functional prioritization to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes for internal colleagues and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Typically 8+ years required.
• Advanced experience in business application management lifecycle.
• Knowledge of AI-powered process automation.
• Strong agile development experience.
• Ability to influence colleagues at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end business application lifecycle from conception to launch.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UI/UX to prioritize features.
• Maintain and deliver a prioritized backlog aligned to roadmap.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Define KPIs and measure platform success.
• Lead market research to inform strategy.
• Oversee platform performance, data quality, security and compliance.
• Partner with BRMs and Business Analysts to align vision.
