Job summary

Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Associate Director, Commercial Analytics & SFE to drive data-informed decision-making across the commercial organization. This role supports commercial strategy, which includes field-based activities and marketing strategies/initiatives.

This supports headquarter stakeholders across a broad range of functions including Sales, Marketing, Sales Training, Field Force Effectiveness, Market Access, and Commercial IT.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with pharma data sources and market access analytics preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain commercial performance dashboards and sub-national KPIs.
• Lead SFE activities including territory alignment and incentive design.
• Conduct ad-hoc analytics: segmentation, patient journey analysis, promotional response.
• Manage national brand reporting and diagnostics for leadership.
• Support forecasting activities including demand tracking and trend analysis.
• Apply advanced analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize investments.
