Averitas Pharma is seeking a Director/Sr. Director of Commercial Analytics & Operations to lead and integrate analytics, field operations and governance across the commercial organization.

You will own end-to-end analytics, demand forecasting, incentive compensation design, data strategy and vendor management, partnering with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Finance. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, field operations or related roles in pharma/biotech.
• Proven track record leading analytics and field operations or sales ops functions.
• Deep familiarity with pharma data sources (IQVIA, claims, market access) and analytics tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial analytics, insights and performance reporting for Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Medical Affairs.
• Own demand forecasting models and KPI framework to monitor brand, field and org performance.
• Oversee data strategy, governance and automation of key metrics with cross-functional partners.
