Job summary

argenx is seeking a Head of Commercial Analytics to lead data-driven decision support for US Commercialization. The role focuses on AI-enabled insights, performance analytics, and pipeline planning to strengthen launch success and market impact.

The position requires 10+ years in biopharma commercial roles with analytics experience; leadership and vendor management skills are essential for driving cross-functional teams and budgets.

Qualifications

• BA or BS required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in commercial functions with 5–7 years in analytics, BI, forecasting, or AI-enabled decision support.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to define business issues and recommendations.
• Start-up and Launch experience a plus.
• Familiarity with leading pharma industry commercial vendors.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial decision-making, performance management, and business planning using data, AI enablement, and self-serve analytics.
• Inspire, coach, manage and develop employees to grow as individuals and as a team.
• Effectively manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality, actionable deliverables.
• Establish an innovative culture that embeds trusted data and AI-enabled insights into routines.
• Deliver integrated insights that support Commercial goals across brand, launch, and performance.
• Translate US Commercialization needs into high-value analytics and AI use cases.
• Provide timely reports and executive-ready recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with Finance to manage the department budget and contracts.
