Job summary

CSL, a leader in the pharmaceutical and biotech space, seeks a Senior Manager, SFE Analytics to lead subnational analysis across US Commercial brands. You will engage with sales, market access, and marketing to deliver actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
• Experience in commercial pharmaceutical or biotech with strong analytics.
• Proficiency in advanced statistics and analytical tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders with compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analytics and performance measurements of sales field teams to identify trends and issues.
• Provide analyses and insights to inform business decisions and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy across systems and reports.
• Execute sales operational projects including targeting, territory alignment, and performance tracking.
