Job summary

Tonix Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manager of Commercial Analytics & Reporting to develop data-driven insights supporting commercialization and operational excellence. The role partners with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, HR, IT and executives to deliver dashboards and KPIs that guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Five+ years of data analytics, BI, or related experience in pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting with Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience writing SQL queries and integrating multiple data sources.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to drive commercial strategies.
• Analyze patient-level analytics, SFE analytics, and IC reporting to support performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Finance, HR, IT, and leadership.
• Ensure data integrity and governance across multiple data sources and systems.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for executives.
