Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Director of Commercial Analytics to lead the analytics strategy for TEPEZZA in the U.S. You will guide decision-making, mentor a high-performing team, and deliver insights to support brand strategy and performance measurement.

You will work with Executives, Marketing/Field Leaders, and cross-functional teams to provide robust analytics, including KPI and national/subnational insights, to drive growth and optimization.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors with analytics/ reporting experience and leadership experience.
• Experience engaging with Executives and translating data into insights.
• Experience designing dashboards and reporting for strategic needs.
• Proficiency with analytics tools and cross-system integration.
• Ability to identify business problems and drive optimization.
• Strong communication for presenting data to executives.
• Experience leading teams in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics strategy for TEPEZZA in the U.S. and guide decision-making.
• Oversee secondary analytics including national and subnational insights and KPI framework.
• Mentor a high-performing analytics team and partner with executives and cross-functional leaders.
