Qualifications

Advanced degree in quantitative, scientific, or business discipline.
Deep experience in commercial forecasting, analytics, and market research in biotech/pharma or similar industries.
Proven success leading large, multi-disciplinary analytics organizations and influencing executive leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead the Commercial Analytics COE across forecasting, analytics, and market research.
Set enterprise analytics vision, governance, and prioritization to maximize impact.
Oversee forecasting accuracy, scenario planning, and long-range planning.
Provide executive-level analytics support to Commercial leadership and cross-functional partners.
