Job summary

Veolia Group in the United States seeks a seasoned Lead Account Manager in CSM to guide customers across industries and mentor junior team members. You will be a trusted technical advisor, leading account strategy while delivering innovative solutions for energy and water sustainability.

You’ll analyze data, prepare Technical Service Reports, and drive value through our Account Management Excellence Program, including service plans and business reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with 15+ years in water/process treatment; high school OK with experience.
• 10+ years in water and process treatment; proven sales targets.
• Experience in strategic selling, prospecting, and negotiation.
• Leadership or mentorship experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead account management and mentorship for Account Representatives and Managers.
• Analyze customer data, prepare technical service reports, and propose improvement initiatives.
• Develop Value Generation Plans and conduct business reviews to demonstrate value.
• Drive revenue growth while managing margins and complex negotiations.
