Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, acting as the primary contact and overseeing field operations. You will identify opportunities to add ancillary services, develop estimates, and deliver proposals to drive client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience in a customer-focused service industry
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, management, and leadership, preferably in landscaping or local market
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to sell ancillary services to existing clients within the portfolio
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for new and existing clients as needed
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancement projects
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and conduct regular site walkthroughs
• Ensure timely account renewals and manage client communications in CRM
• Coordinate with Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews for the portfolio
• Promote safety policies and maintain acceptable gross margins for base and ancillary services
