Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to serve a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, acting as the primary contact and overseeing field operations. You will pursue opportunities to sell ancillary services, develop estimates, and deliver timely bid proposals to enhance client value.

You will build long-term client relationships, conduct site walkthroughs, and collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure service delivery meets expectations.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management and leadership experience in landscaping or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
• Ability to foster collaboration and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities for ancillary services.
• Develop accurate estimates and takeoffs for clients.
• Deliver timely bid proposals and designs for enhancements.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and conduct site walkthroughs.
• Ensure timely account renewals and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to meet service expectations.
• Support hiring, training, and coaching of field crews.
• Maintain CRM records and accounts receivable.
