We are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison with grounds maintenance and snow clients, build lasting relationships, and oversee field operations to ensure quality and profitability. Responsibilities include client walkthroughs, proactive site enhancement ideas with pricing, accurate estimates, and driving referrals to business development.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in landscape or service industry.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service, management and leadership experience.
• Associate degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships for satisfaction and renewal.
• Oversee field operations and supervise a Field Supervisor to deliver quality and profitability.
• Build site improvement ideas with pricing and maintain gross margins.
• Estimate for new and existing clients and generate referrals to the Business Developer.
• Coordinate with Branch Operations to meet client needs and financial goals.
