Job summary

PCM Services in the DC/Maryland metro is seeking a Landscape Account Manager to lead a portfolio of commercial properties with proactive service, strong client relationships, and cross-team collaboration.

You will own relationships end-to-end, walk sites monthly, propose solutions, grow accounts across landscaping, snow, paving, and waterproofing, and help PCM deliver on commitments while pursuing internal growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful sales or account management experience; landscape industry or property management/commercial real estate experience strongly preferred.
• Customer-service mindset with proactive follow-through and problem anticipation.
• Collaborative style across teams to drive account success.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of commercial and property management clients, building trust and responsiveness.
• Anticipate client needs and walk sites monthly to flag concerns and propose solutions.
• Ensure work delivered meets high-quality standards and aligns with promises.
• Grow existing accounts by expanding PCM's services across client portfolios.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with PCM's sales strategy and growth goals.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Estimating, and Operations to keep proposals and scheduling connected.
• Represent PCM at industry events to build the DMV market presence.
