Job summary

Walnut Hill Landscape Company is seeking an Account Manager for the Landscape Management division in Annapolis, MD. You will own a portfolio of service contracts, act as the liaison between clients, field teams, purchasing, finance, and leadership, and drive profitable growth.

The role emphasizes customer service, horticultural quality, and disciplined production. A bachelor’s degree with green-industry experience, or a certification with practical expertise, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least three years of green-industry experience; or Green-industry certification and 2 years experience as a qualified industry professional.

Responsibilities

• Own the health of an assigned portfolio of landscape management accounts and serve as the link between clients, field teams, purchasing, finance, and leadership.
• Renew the annual portfolio of service contracts with a goal of high retention and growth.
• Review account revenue, labor, materials, and profitability with the Division Manager.
• Lead and mentor team members; ensure safety and quality standards.
