Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Analyst to work with the Vice President of Land Acquisition to source and analyze potential land opportunities, prepare feasibility studies, and compile financial reports for corporate approval. The role involves building proformas, IRR analyses, and support in Green Books while coordinating with multiple stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline required.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of real estate and residential land use.
• Local real estate knowledge extremely beneficial.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and working knowledge of mapping applications.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform lead financial analysis for quarterly/annual Division Business Plans.
• Prepare revenues, margins, cash flow, IRR, and proformas.
• Assist in financial feasibility analyses for acquisitions.
• Prepare underwriting proformas and financial documentation.
• Analyze pricing, profits, and deal terms for dispositions.
• Suggest price structures, escalations, and payment schedules.
• Maintain a computerized financial proforma model for community planning.
• Collaborate with management to evaluate alternative financial scenarios.
