Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Analyst to partner with the Vice President of Land Acquisition and the Land Transaction Manager. The role focuses on sourcing and preparing market analyses, assembling financial reports, and supporting feasibility studies for acquisitions and dispositions.

Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–3 years of experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with mapping tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Local real estate knowledge is highly beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of mapping applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans.
• Prepare revenue, margins, cash flow, and IRR analyses.
• Support feasibility studies and underwriting for acquisitions.
• Develop proformas and pricing analyses for assets.
• Recommend deal structures and payment terms.
• Maintain a financial proforma model for community planning.
• Collaborate with Finance and management teams on analyses.
• Build and update market analysis databases.
