Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Analyst to support the Vice President of Land Acquisition and the Land Transaction Manager. This role involves sourcing, preparing competitive market analyses, assembling financial reports, and aiding in feasibility studies for corporate approval.

You will help prepare Green Books, memoranda, and documentation for acquisitions, with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration across divisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline.
• 1–3 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of real estate and residential land use.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans.
• Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, cash flows, break-even analysis, and IRR.
• Assist in financial feasibility analysis for acquisitions opportunities.
• Prepare underwriting proformas and related financial documentation.
• Perform pricing analyses and formulate financial deal points for dispositions.
• Develop computerized financial proforma models for community planning.
