Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Analyst to support the VP of Land Acquisition. You will source, prepare market analyses, assemble financial reports, and help with Green Books and feasibility materials for corporate approvals.

Responsibilities include underwriting proformas, cash flow forecasting, and return analyses to guide the Division’s strategy and asset planning. In-person site work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline.
• 3-5 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis for quarterly and annual division plans.
• Prepare proformas, cash flows, IRR, and cost analyses.
• Assist in feasibility analysis for acquisitions and disposition opportunities.
• Maintain market analysis databases and research competitive pricing.
