Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Land Analyst to work closely with the VP of Land Acquisition and Land Transaction Manager to source and analyze market data, assemble financial reports, and prepare feasibility books for corporate approval.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 1–3 years of experience, with strong Excel and mapping skills. In-person work at company communities and sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline is required.
• 1-3 years of related experience preferred.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with mapping tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for quarterly and annual division plans.
• Prepare revenues, margins, cash flows, and ROI analyses.
• Assist in feasibility analysis for acquisitions.
• Create underwriting proformas and financial documentation.
• Analyze pricing structures and negotiate deal points.
• Develop and maintain a pro forma model for community planning.
• Collaborate with management to explore alternative business scenarios.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance to ensure adherence to strategies.
• Maintain market analysis database for project feasibility.
