• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; mapping tools helpful.

• Perform a lead role in financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans, summarizing performance.
• Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, cash flows, break-even analysis, and ROA/IRR metrics.
• Assist in financial feasibility analysis for acquisitions opportunities.
• Prepare underwriting proformas and related financial documentation for assets.
• Perform pricing analysis and formulate deal points for dispositions.
• Recommend price/profit structures, escalations, and payment schedules.
• Maintain a computerized financial proforma model for community planning.
• Collaborate with management to explore alternative business plans.
