Lennar in Roseville, CA is seeking a Land Analyst to support the Vice President of Land Acquisition and Land Transaction Manager. The role involves sourcing and preparing market analyses, assembling financial reports, and aiding in Green Books and feasibility documentation for corporate approval.

Office-based role, reporting to Roseville, CA with in-office presence five days a week. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, Finance, or similar discipline required.
• 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of real estate and residential land use.
• Local real estate knowledge highly beneficial.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of mapping applications.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis for quarterly and annual Division Business Plans.
• Prepare gross revenues, profit margins, cash flow forecasts, and IRR analyses.
• Assist in financial feasibility analyses for acquisitions.
• Prepare underwriting proformas and financial documentation for assets.
• Perform pricing analysis and structure recommendations for dispositions.
• Recommend price/profit participation structures and payment schedules.
• Maintain a computerized financial proforma model for community planning.
• Collaborate with management to explore alternative financial scenarios.
• Coordinate with Corporate Finance to ensure adherence to strategies.
• Maintain market analysis database for project feasibility.
• Visit sites to analyze competitive pricing and features.
