Job summary

Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking a Physician Lab Sales Specialist to drive CLIA-waived and moderate complexity diagnostic solutions into physician-owned labs, urgent care centers, and community health clinics.

The role includes strategic instrument placements and consultative support on reimbursement and lab workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strategic sales approach, strong communication skills, and experience selling into POLs, IDNs, and large group practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of increasing responsibility in laboratory or medical equipment sales.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; Master's preferred.
• Experience selling to physician office labs, urgent care centers, and IDNs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth for CLIA-waived and moderate complexity diagnostics in the specified territory.
• Build trusted advisory relationships with physicians, lab directors, and decision-makers.
• Negotiate multi-year reagent rental agreements and instrument placements.
• Coordinate strategy with FSCs, ISCs and executive teams to maximize wallet share.
